Welcome to SharpMark Designs. My name is Markus Sharpe, the founder and designer behind the work.

Before starting the studio, I spent ten years in the Navy working on water production and propulsion systems. That experience shaped how I think and work. It taught me discipline, attention to detail, and how to solve complex problems under real constraints. Those skills translate directly into residential design, where thoughtful planning and clear execution matter just as much as creativity. 

Building on my background in technical systems, I have spent the last five years specializing in architectural design. During this time, I have successfully managed a wide range of projects, including both commercial and residential developments. From conceptualizing modern new builds to revitalizing existing structures through extensive remodels, I bring a balance of creative vision and technical expertise to every blueprint.
